• Select merchandise: — You can look up products that are available from Tee Time Promos by typing the item in the search bar above or clicking on the apparel and golf tab on the home page or the top of subsequent pages.
• On-line member services: — In the future… once you've found a product or products that you are interested in enter your membership number. If you have yet to register for a number, please click on the sign-up bar directly below the image.
• Quotes: — In the future… As you shop you may want quotes for various items, therefore below each item you can select the Add to CART button and it will automatically be accumulated for you. In this quote sheet you may add or delete items before it is submitted.
• Company Contact: — Once you've narrowed down your choices and filled the cart, it will automatically be forwarded to a sales representative at Tee Time Promos where a formal quotation will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
• View samples: — A sales representative can provide samples, if desired, for your approval.

• Production: — Once the merchandise has been selected, the next step would be to obtain the artwork necessary to create/ produce your logo. For silk-screening we will require a clean art file (such as .ai)

  For embroidery you can either supply a file in an embroider's format (ie. .dst, .dsb, .dat etc.) or we can digitize the art file for you, if you can supply clean or camera-ready artwork. We can then supply you with an embroidery ‘swatch’ for your approval prior to commencing production.

• Delivery: — Upon completion, your order will be delivered to you, on schedule… soon, we'd be delighted to repeat this cycle again!

What are your terms of credit for new customers?

For new customers we accept either a credit card authorizing the 50% of the cost of the order or a 25% check deposit with the balance due upon product delivery. Future orders can be processed with 30 days credit terms.
